Sound Baths provide for individuals or groups of people provide a safe space to relax through sounds which induce a physical response to relax. For people who do not want to be touched, sound baths provide relaxation in a one-to-one environment. For small groups, Sound Baths produce the same type of relaxation through rhythmic tapping and singing of therapeutic bronze bowls, use of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs and other percussion instruments. Group Sound Baths are often accompanied by guided imagery and can be fortified with aromatherapy.
