Hi, I am Marie

I'm a mother, wife, Mimi, animal lover, and avid exerciser. Following my 20 year career in healthcare leadership, I spent 12 years as a consultant and executive coach to others in leadership positions throughout the country. I have evolved to become a Life RESET Coach for people navigating significant change in their lives. From job changes, to retirement to significant loss of a loved one I will help you develop coping strategies for now and plans to move you forward.

 

For example, if you are experiencing grief due to an impending or recent loss of a spouse, parent, child, pet, job or identity for whatever reason, you need not allow the loss to define who you are. Sometimes due to significant changes like these, we tend to lose what makes us happy, who we are at our core, and an appreciation that we can still have a bright and fulfilling life, learning to move through life WITH loss.

 

I will help you RECLAIM your life, REVISE your vision of who you are, to RESET your goals and your future. I have been there and appreciate the immensity of your challenge and what it takes to gather your own strength to move on.
